I am thankful for garlic.
I eat more garlic than anyone I know. I like it powdered, ground, roasted, chopped, and in as many dishes as possible. I grew up eating elephant garlic and red garlic. We even eat the scapes, the tall green stalk that eventually blossoms.
A friend and I talk every year of attending the Garlic Festival in Gilroy, California. Maybe someday.
Thank You, Lord, for the marvelous herb.
