I am grateful for joy.

God is the most joyful Being in the universe, and I am created in His image. Joy is one of the most beautiful things in life. It's a deep, abiding presence, different from happiness which is fleeting.

Listed second among the fruit of the Spirit only behind love, joy makes life worthwhile. Whether it is offered or received, it is doubled when shared. The joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

Thank You, Lord, for Your joy.
