I am grateful for our
deployed military men and women.
We are fortunate to live
in a country with military personnel who are willing to put their lives on the
line to defend not only our freedom, but the freedom of those who either cannot
defend themselves or need help to get it done. I can only empathize with the
loved ones left behind to the extent of my own experience apart from someone I
love. The difference is that my loved one has not been stationed in a war zone.
They have my deepest appreciation for their service—the ones deployed and the
ones holding down the fort at home. They are brave, honorable, and deserving of
our highest care and respect.
Thank You, Lord, for
these military men and women and their families.
