I am grateful for our wood stove.There's nothing like wood heat to warm you to the core. It's messy, and it's laborious to gather, but we just keep at it in doable bits. We have all this wood, so it just makes sense. It keeps our electric bill reasonable, which is my favorite thing about it.
Warm, toasty, reasonable. All lovely adjectives.
Thank You, Lord, for this necessary luxury.
