Day 107

I am grateful for LP's.

I'm at the tail end of the baby boomers, and we grew up with vinyl. While the quality of mp3's and CD's surpasses that of LP's, the memories and the music itself are happy-making.

My dad bought a device that allows me to convert vinyl recordings to mp3. So cool! I need about 100 more hours in a day to do all the converting I'd like to, but I've managed to complete about ten songs so far, some of which I've included in very plain videos to upload to youtube just because I couldn't find them on the 'Net. A couple of them are old-timey comedy numbers like this one called "Saint George and the Dragonet." Fun stuff.
