Day 174

I am grateful for stretching.

My mom always told me to stretch right after I wake up. It loosens your muscles and helps get you moving, mentally and physically. It's something I grew up doing and continued into adulthood. Being limber decreases the chance of injury during activity and helps maintain fitness.

My mom got that one right. But she always told my short friend, Kelly, to stretch to the sky because that would help her grow. That one, not so right. ; )

Thank You, Lord, for this priceless exercise.
